Remodeling a home, bidet will be installed in March or early April. Will update then. This product arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. I elected for chrome finish. It is beautiful.

Expensive since you have to buy the rough in valve in addition to this. Why can't it be sold with the valve kit? I was skeptical of the tall sprayer outlet but it works fine but could be a little less protruding. The design to me is a little out dated and the diverter valve handle too tall.

Pathetic Customer Support
Almost impossible to get through to customer support and when you do you get a message to leave your name and you get a time slot when you receive a callback which can be several days. When I finally got a callback from Moen three days later they did not know anything about the product and provided zero help. Very sad to see a company like this reach rock bottom with their customer support. Totally turned off the products now. They used to have a customer support team that knew their products inside out. They have lost my business for good.
