I decided to use this to quit using tobacco and e-cigs all together. I had used tobacco for about 2 years and used e-cigs for about 4 or 5 years. I decided to quit using those things and decided to go with this Nicorette 4mg fruit chill gum. I had tried the zonic and it just wasn't for me. So now let's get into the product. The packaging needs some work. I can't just push the piece of gum through the back of the blister pack as it just smashes the gum. So, I have to use a pocket knife to open the blister packs and get the gum out. So, what I did was get a ziplock bag and slit open two of the blister pack strips and put the gum in that and carry the bag around which makes for much easier access. Now, concerning the flavor, the fruit flavor tastes amazing however it lasts but for a few seconds. That being said, the mint flavor that follows is very nice and lasts for a very long time. As far as helping the cravings and such, it has really helped a lot. Just in the past two days, I have significantly reduced my usage of e-cigs. I highly recommend trying this stuff out and if this flavor isn't for you, try one of the other flavors. I hear they have a cinnamon one which I am interested to try out.

We got this for our nephew and his roommates who are in the process of quitting vaping. According to them, “all nicorette tastes bad, but it gets the job done so we’re not vaping”. The fact that it works is enough for them. If flavor is an issue for you, find another method (but please still quit, your health is important). If you can “power through” as my nephew says, this is one of the easiest ways to quit.Also, for everyone trying to quit smoking or vaping: Every cigarette you don’t smoke and every vape hit you don’t take is a win. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace because all progress is good progress.

What a godsend! Who knew that I could have relief in two days...Joining Prime. As far as I could tell, no one else offered this very quick and free service. The product cost less too! I enjoy this flavor, fruit chill quite a lot more than I expected. I like it more than the white ice mint. It was so much cheaper to buy this product from Bolo, then from my local drug store. The package was in perfect condition. The nicotine level in this 4 mg gum is sufficient to getting me through the day with little if any discomfort. Mainly, I reach for the gum now, instead of my old friend, the e-cig. They have proven that e-cigs are unhealthy for your lungs. With this information, I am willing to quit and suffer a lot less than if I didn't have this nicotine gum fix.

In my opinion, "Fruit Chill" is by far Nicorette's best flavor. Better tasting, more likely to USE it. I have looked EVERYWHERE (brick & mortar, on-line), and can't find comparable prices. Part of the advantage of buying from Bolo is that they have their own internal search engine, which pulls prices from a variety of sources. I only buy Nicorette from Bolo.

Junk. they are tasty for about two minutes and then they leave a foul taste in your mouth. Didn't reduce my smoking a bit.
