I took this for about one month. It comes Multi vitamins together with fish oil. I got higher HDL than average in recent annual check. I don’t know if It’s because of taking the fish oil. Although my doctor said the HDL is good cholesterol, I am a little worried, I will prefer HDL within the regular range. I am wondering if I should repeat purchasing

Don’t know how to feel about this, i just received it and while inspecting the product i noticed that it was damaged and there is only one pill that is a different color from the rest.
