I actually have not used it for postpartum care but rather for unrelated vajay and booty care and it’s been life changing for me.I won’t recommend that anyone apply it to areas that it’s not intended for but I get recurring infections and also just generally tend to have a lot of discomfort down there (I’m perimenopausal) and this balm always puts the discomfort to rest.I use it for a few days and poof! Itching. Gone. Burning. Gone. It’s a medicine cabinet staple for me. Really I’ve used it on other skin irritations just about all over the place!Again I won’t say you should do anything with it other than directed. Just sharing my own personal experience and it’s been a lifesaver for me.

I have used this after the birth for all of my kids. I love that it contains natural ingredients and there is a notable cooling and calming affect. You can use to help manage hemorrhoids too. I frequently gift this to friends as part of a mama care package as I trust it that much. It can seem expensive but a little goes a long way.

I’m a first time mom 3 days postpartum, this was delivered 30 min ago I immediately put it on and the relief I’ve felt for the first time in 3 days 😭😭😭😭🙌 I could cry tears of joy!!!!!! I literally have been using EVERY other postpartum relief/recovery product from frida mom, tucks pads, witch hazel foam, ice maxi pads, dermoplast, absolutely everything and seriously I put this balm on and minutes later I have felt relief for the first time. I was so naive to the recovery process post birth, I have a second degree tear and it hurts to sit, which makes it hurt to feed my precious baby to go to the bathroom, everything. I bought the perineal spray for after my first birth and I loved it. Came across the balm and wanted to try it....trust me when I say this balm is LIFE CHANGING. I got bad hemorrhoids after my first birth and this balm made them completely disappear after a week of consistent use. It's nice because unlike the spray, the balm stays where you apply it. It has a nice cooling affect, and you can put it in the fridge to enhance that if needed. I will never go without this product and I recommend it to all my pregnant friends!

This is the best for postpartum. It is so soothing & really helps! The spray is amazing immediately when coming home and the balm is good after you’ve healed a bit and/or your stitches are gone. I was gifted this and I’m so glad I was because it saved me after I had my first. I didn’t even use the whole jar of the balm!

This product was a life saver! I had to order an extra two bottles of the spray just because it was so helpful for all of postpartum recovery. The only thing I didn’t love was that it started to struggle with spraying when the bottle was 1/3 of the way full. However, the balm lasts a good long while and has great cooling and healing properties!

As someone who suffers from endometriosis and hypertonic pelvic floor, this is a nice salve that soothes the vulgar area when I’m feeling any burning. Have bought multiple times. I prefer to store it in the refrigerator to benefit from an added cooling effect.

I used this after both of my birth’s and it was fantastic! I honestly never used ice packs just this cream. The cooling effect was so relieving post birth and helped me heal up really fast. Also relieved any itch that comes when you start healing.

Recommend to any pregnant mama!
