Clean, like a stick of unburned incense. Longevity is only a few hours for me but I work outside in the heat.My suggestion is to buy some small 2 or 4 oz amber spray bottles from Bolo and transfer it to them. You will have much better control of the flow, placement and strength of the scent. Overall I find it a pleasant scent and I have NO complaints at this price point. I would consider it an everyday fragrance. Perhaps twice a day, if you sweat outside like I do.

It's a good product with nice natural fragrance and soothes the skin but I gave it 4 stars because the it dispenses too much liquid quickly which get's wasted. If you have used Brut or Old Spice before you will understand what I mean.

It smells very nice, but the plastic bottle is terrible 😔
My father used to use Aqua Velva aftershave lotion, so for me it was as nostalgic reconnect.
