Nearly three quarters of a century old, these classic baked cookies have the highest quality. Two German brothers brought recipes from the old world and opened a pastry shop in Scarsdale, New York. At this shop their famous Linden Chocolate Chip and Linden Butter Crunch Cookie was born. The cookies were so popular, they began to package and sell them but to do so they moved their production to New York where they are still producing those same great tastes today. These cookies are made from the freshest ingredients and baked the old fashioned way using lots of chocolate, butter crunch candy, fresh whole eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. These delicious cookies are fresh baked and will typically have approximately 4 weeks of shelf life.

I just received these cookies after a delay of several days. They are delicious but they were shipped in the "on the self" packaging which is definitely not acceptable for shipping. They need to be shipped in a sturdy box. NOTE: I left poor seller feedback because I thought the product was way beyond the best by date but I was incorrect. I misread 2025 as 2023. Sorry about that!

They arrived super fast and taste fresh. Only saw 1 broken one so far. They are delicious. I've never had them before so I wanted to try them out and glad I did. Really a great flavor.Update: The one broken cookie was the only one. They were all perfect. Now we are into a 2nd and 3rd box of the Butter Crunch cookies. They are one of those things that "sneak up on you" flavor-wise. You think they are good at first, but then one is just never enough so you continue on and realize by the time you get to the third cookie in the bag, you are hooked. My mom asked for her own full box for her Mothers Day gift. Then I gave my neighbor a bag and she too said how she is now crazy over these cookies. They are wonderfully sweet but in a very subtle way. I hope Bolo gets them on their subscribe and save program!!

These were my most favorite go to cookies in school, not many grocery stores had these. But when I found them on Bolo I had to give it a try. AND WOW!!!!! Just like old time same taste as I remember now I have been ordering them more frequently.Absolutely love love love them!!!
