Great for sensitive stomachs for sure - taste is decent not terrible. The stevia after taste is what throws it off for me but I hate stevia. So it could just be me. The taste is also overly sweet however is easily resolved with blending with ice.

Switched from using muscle milk and orgain to using this. Super easy to use and keeps me full for hours while trying to watch my protein intake. With the vanilla I typically will add other supplements, bloom, super beets, heart greens and then a fruit and veggie pick with all this it means that I am able to get a great balance with much cleaner pure ingredients. Even my grandmothers home health nurses love the ingredients just to get her the calories she is other missing.

Xantham gum is all I can say. If you have digestive issues such as prior history with diverticulitis DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. I took it for the first time last night and here I am at 4am thinking about the ER but I’ll wait. I’ve been eating perfectly and added this to my diet and I so regret it. Plus it’s non-returnable. BE CAREFUL.

I had a bad reaction to this.
I rarely write reviews but I believe this is important . This this staff nearly killed me! I think I had a allergic reaction to it for some reason! I was throwing up and being really sick. It may be I just be me but I suggest taking very small amount to see.I put it in the bin next day.
