I started getting extra dry skin as I got older and this was recommended to me, and at a great price, it was worth trying. I love how my skin is so soft when I wake up. I do wish it did not have a fragrance but it does not bother me so much and I don't have any issues with sensitivity. Hans is a great company and I want to try other products, I know they are clean and good for your skin.

I’ve been a skin care junkie since the age of 11 when I would whip up my own homemade masks using kitchen ingredients. For the past 40yrs I’ve used high end, low end, and everything in between. Without a doubt this unassuming, seemingly low end product is currently my holy grail face cream - it blows away all the others for how well it moisturizes my combination oily/dry skin without clogging pores. It comes in a GIANT jar (8 months in of using twice a day and it’s still over half full). At 51, my skin is happy, hydrated & glowing. The horizontal lines on my forehead from squinting - the ones I’ve been battling since I was in my thirties - are barely noticeable. Crows feet & smile lines that were starting to develop in my 40s - gone. I’m not kidding, I am complimented on my skin at least once a week by complete strangers. The only reason I rated this product 4 stars is because the fragrance is way too perfumey. It’s giving Grey Gardens/Edith Beale. I’m begging Ponds to either develop an unscented version or change the fragrance to something fresher/less dated. In spite of the offensive fragrance, I will be using Ponds Crema S until I am no longer of this earth.

I ordered this because of the reviews and it is a very nice cream. I have very dry skin so I am still unsure if this will help with that but I have spent so much on other creams that do hydrate my skin very well but that is all they do at a very high cost. I believe a good serum is more important than the moisturizer to correct issues and all the moisturizer needs to do is hydrate. If it does not work that way for my face I will use as a body cream. Large jar and the cost is reasonable. No harsh fragrance which I also like.
