Do not believe the many reports on the Internet which say taking oral glutathione doesn't work. All they have measured is blood glutathione levels after intake. I have taken these for a while with great success, meaning I might have a cold or even a flu and take 2-4 of these and I am symptom-free for 3-5 hours. If it doesn't work, how can you explain that. I also take them after rigorous exercise and never have sore muscles. I am now testing them for weight loss based on the theory that my body wants more food to make glutathione to rid itself of the toxic load of our daily "modern" lives. So far 1.4 lbs lost in 2 days but I am not counting on that continuing. It's still impressive though. Bottom line: this can change your life and it does work taken orally. Read up on what glutathione can do for you and why you don't have enough of it in your body on the Net and then come get these for their excellent quality and low price.

Starting taking glutathione because my Dutch Plus test (urine/saliva test) came back low in glutathione. I definitely feel better taking it though it isn't as profound as taking HRT for my menopause or iodine for my sub-clinical hypothyroid. The thing I wasn't expecting was a complete elimination of all body odor, I don't need deodorant, however I never was more than average in stink. So I decided to give it to my teen sons and husband as an experiment and after several weeks of use nobody smells. Especially amazing for my teens because with puberty they would reek, thought I would faint at entering their room! Now even their soccer cleats and gear don't smell hardly at, just all faintly sweaty. My hubby had a little bit of the old man smell, now no more. We're never stopping this!

I have had severe chronic sinusitis for several years and would go through a 1/2 box of tissues a day. The sinusitis caused headaches and pressure around my eyes. I read a study that said L-Reduced Glutathione helped people with chronic sinusitis due to low levels of Glutathione in people with chronic sinusitis and Glutathione deficiency causes inflammation in the airways. I started taking HO's L-Glutathione Reduced a few months ago and within a couple weeks noticed my nose was dripping a clear fluid spontaneously and I was able to actually breathe better through my nose. Over time my sinuses were clearer and the headaches and pressure was gone as well. As a side benefit I noticed my skin was looking really good and clearing up of occasional acne and oiliness. I take Glutathione with R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Milk Thistle to support my liver. I read that R Alpha Lipoic Acid helps promote Glutathione in our cells. Will never be without this supplement now. This is an amazing supplement for me. One other thing I learned is if your health is poor you need to start slowly with this supplement until your body improves then you can gradually increase the dosage.

I searched for a good quality, clean glutathione supplement for a while. I settled on this brand a couple of years ago and have not looked for another brand. I use this primarily because of its high antioxidant abilities and combine it with a NAC supplement for added protection, especially during the Era of the covid. If you are looking for a really decent glutathione supplement, give this brand a try.

It works but isn't my favorite brand of Reduced Glutithione. I tried this one because my regular brand by NOW increased their price by $5 and is now $18 a bottle. I originally got that brand cause it was cheapest. I didn't realize how good it was until I tried this one and Jarrows Acetyl Glutithione. NOW also includes ALA and Milk Thistle in their 500 mg capsules (not the 200mg ones), which is an added bonus. I thought some this one was. Clinically Tested that it would at least be as good. I have Lyme Disease and take it for body pain. I take 1500mg some nights before bed and the pain is gonna within 30 minutes, but the pain relief is better and lasts longer with the NOW brand
Every women should try it but the price is very high.

Great for your voice
This brand seems to help me most compared to some others. I’ve had vocal problems some years and for the past few years, I have been taking this on and off. I felt a difference normally within a day after taking a capsule or two. My vocal cords perform better and I have less throat pain thanks to this product. It helps me push through 9 hours of nearly constant talking a day. Highly recommend if you have vocal problems.
