I have tried other brands and I prefer Robelle over all others. Each bag should be 6 pounds and I am going to check that this time. I keep having the pressure build quickly in my filter but I also battled mustard algae last fall and it caused some backup into the pool. I am still working to get rid of the backup. I have purchasing this specific items for well over 7 years now.
