Second time buying and much cheaper here than direct from manufacturer so a no brainer , covers most the vits and minerals i was told to take and dont feel like its any issue taking em daily with my breakfast , stomache fine with them

I've taken these for years but, as I'm 72 now, I've switched to Vitabiotics Wellman 70+. I've stuck with the brand simply because they work, you notice the difference when you start or stop taking them, and regular blood tests show that my various vitamin/mineral levels are all normal.Oh, that and a great price for a quality product☝️.
