The glucosamine used in our product is derived from non-GMO corn rather than shellfish or other animals. MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) is an efficient source of sulfur. Sulfur is an important element for the formation of collagen in the body, and is utilized by many of the body's structural molecules. CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate) and Boswellia Herb Extract are included as additional ingredients.

It took a little over a month to see any results but that was expected as with any other supplements, but after that bit of time the improvements were immaculate. My job is physically demanding and as I aged (and gained a few lbs lol) my knees were starting to hurt so bad. I also had to have 2 surgeries on my wrist from a torn ligament and tendon and both my knees and wrist feel so much better now. My knees never hurt at all anymore and my wrist only occasionally hurts after strenuous activity. I haven't changed anything except adding these supplements to my daily routine. The bonus is that they're vegan! I've been taking these for the last 2 years and if you haven't figured it out by now, I am so thankful for them!

I love these supplements and have been taking them for over a year. I can definitely feel a difference in my joints. Vegan formulas aren't available in any of my local stores, so I'm lucky to be able to get these when I need them.

I was happy to find a vegan supplement for joint health, and this product is good. It has an herbal odor/taste that's familiar and not unpleasant (although it's not exactly tasty, either -- so it's fine). the dose is 3 caplets, so it's a 1 month supply. I can't speak to efficacy at this time since I've only been taking it for a short time.

Great product!I am very excited to take this supplement for my joints, cartilage and knee pain in general. I do a lot of walking daily (using my Fitbit to track my distance) and I was having trouble with my joints and knees. I have been on this only for a short time (2 weeks as of today) and have seen good improvements with my joint pain and aches. I used to have to do a lot of stretching everyday to alleviate my aches and pain but this product has made this easier (stretch less often). I also like the fact the product is all vegan. In addition, the product is reasonably priced and delivery was done within a reasonable amount of time. I am also using New Balance Shoes M1540SB2 which fit my Archcrafters Custom Orthotics very well (recent addition) so time will tell how the supplement is really working.

After taking almost the whole bottle of this, I am at a point where I have to decide whether or not to reorder. I think I won't, because I just don't feel this is doing a whole lot for me. I can maybe feel some changes, but not really enough for me to want to continue swallowing three extra pills every day. I would revisit this in the future if my problems get worse (right now they're fairly manageable on their own). For the record, I am 38 and don't have arthritis right now, but based on family history, that will likely be in my future.I was originally interested in this product because I am a vegetarian so I can't take the typical glucosamine and chondroitin supplements, which are sourced from shellfish. My right knee bothers me, cracks when I go down the stairs, etc. I was hoping that some sort of joint supplement could make a difference. And I did give it time, since I know these things are not instantaneous. I also was taking this along with a vegan DHA/EPA omega 3 fatty acid supplement, because what I have read is that these things work better together in terms of reducing joint inflammation.Several weeks in, I believe that I can tolerate certain types of exercise (say, step aerobics or high impact cardio like Focus T25) a little better than before. And my knee cracks maybe 25% less. So this isn't completely ineffective. But it's not a very dramatic improvement, either. I understand there may not be a vegetarian product that's going to be as effective as chondroitin (which I give to my dog, and for which I do see dramatic improvement).This did not cause any kind of irritation or allergic reaction or digestive upset. I took it with food and plenty of water. It is still worth trying because every person's physiology and joints are a little different and what is so-so for me could be great for someone else. Plus, there's just not a lot else out there in the category right now. (I do trust this brand; I've been happy with some of their vegan DHA/EPA supplements in the past.) 2.5 stars.

A great product for aching joints
Since there were no reviews on the Bolo.in site, I perused the reviews on the Bolo.com site and was heartened to find them so encouraging. I've just been taking these tablets for a week and found a reduced stiffness in my joints, especially when I get up in the morning or after long periods of sitting. I would recommend this product to anyone with aching joints. Good product.Another plus is that these are not made from shellfish but from corn. So those with shellfish allergies can take these safely without causing a reaction.
Vegan version helpful for bone strength and pain
Excellent for knee pain and any pain of joints and vegan option too
