Rislone Hy-per Cool Super Coolant: High performance engines require coolant to transfer as much heat as possible. As cylinder head temperatures increase, so does the likelihood of detonation and power loss unless ignition timing is retarded. Under extreme conditions, this can also result in overheating and engine damage. Hy-Per Lube Super Coolant reduces the surface tension of coolant, allowing it to more deeply penetrate metal surfaces at critical heat transfer areas inside the engine and radiator. This results in more heat being transferred away from cylinder heads and a reduction in engine operating temperatures.

Great product. I run two bottles of this Hyper Coolant Super Coolant and all water in my 78 GMC Caballero drag car. Keeps coolant temperatures down between runs. Also provides excellent corrosion protection so you can run all water without any antifreeze or coolant for track purposes. I also run this stuff in both of my Ram trucks and my C5 Vette. Works just as well as Water Wetter but much cheaper.

I bought this from my ex-wife's vehicle she had a 95 pretty old the original owner never did anything to it the radiator was a disaster but this helped out a lot and bring the temperature down to normal range

My 1972 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible runs hot with the original 4 core radiator and belt driven fan. This keeps it from overheating. I also use this in my modern BMW cars for both the engine cooling and the air charge cooler for the turbos. Especially in my 750 with twin turbo "hot V" where the turbos are in the V of the block and get really hot.

My 87 VW Westphalia has been running a bit warmer than I like, even though it's a new radiator. Figured this might help, but really haven't noticed a difference.

I can't say I notice a huge difference since using this product. My car wasn't overheating. I think this is a good preventative and good product to refresh older coolant. The corrosion inhibitors and surfactants can't hurt.
Does the job (I think)
I have no idea how to tell whether this type of product actually works and, if so, how can you tell? But I trust the science behind it and went with expert opinion in the end.
The product does what it is made for and advertised as well for your vehicle.
I used the super coolant for my vehicle and it worked as expected.
