Posted on 05/05/22So I bought 2 originally on a friday. Had a delivery date of the upcoming Monday. Then got a notification of delivery change of a week from then. And again pushed another 3 days behind that. I Needed the parts for that Monday to repair vehicle. So I decided to buy another set but this time 1 by 1 with a promise date of that Monday. I got the product from the 2nd and 3rd order and installed them. Now 1 side holds grease fine. The passenger side 2nd one grease leaks out the knuckle of the boot where your 18mm wrench goes to hold the bolt from spinning while you tighten up the 15mm Nut. So I then Greased again to see if it will hold grease and still have grease coming out of knuckle on 1 side.Now to this set I ordered Both left and right together. I got them 1 week later and I said we'll I will just install these and return the leaking knuckle set I ordered on 2nd and 3rd order.Well I started pumping grease in fitting and I see grease leaking out of all top and bottom knuckles on both links. I noticed the Boots were Ripped right out the box on both sides on both top and bottom. Now I tossed my Stock swaybar links because I said I had 4 total new one's I couldn't go wrong.. hmmmm I was wrong. Now I have massive banging and knocking while hitting bumps and a loose steering sway. I heard alot of good things about Moog parts but I have 4 swaybar links that are all bad. Also yes this Moog swaybar link replacement doesn't have the T-bolt inner hold piece while tightening the bolt so you need to use a 18mm behind the bolt threads and boot behind the bracket because if not it will just spin and spin.Just bought 4 total of these End Links and all 4 are bad. Highly upset. After hearing so many good things about Moog aftermarket parts being Amazing. And yes these swaybar links are 3 times thicker then the stock one's that is another reason why I bought these to have a stiffer steering.Unless they make this right they will get 1 star out of 5 star'sEdit on 5/10/22I still have not heard from the seller and Moog whatsoever. I left this review a week ago and still haven't gotten any response.Sad..Gonna buy different brand of swaybar end links to replace the Moog end links so I can take the 2 off my car and return all 4 Moog Swaybar end Links with Bolo return policy and hopefully they actually care about their customer's experience and needs unlike Moog has so far.Edit. 9/7/22I have left Multiple emails with the Moog Company and yet No replys whatsoever.Even product reviews still No comment.This is Bad bad customer service practices all the way around.S-M-H.
