I've been using monkey grip plugs for the past ten years and every single plug (when properly applied) has remained stable throughout the life of the tire. Just remember to always use the ream tool to prepare the puncture even if you think the hole is large enough to accept the plug. This and lots of rubber cement enables the plug to correctly bond with the surrounding tire material.Pros:Never failed yet over the course of at least five different applications.Cons:A little on the messy side especially when the tire is partially filled, but that's the downside of all plug kits.Bottom Line:Hey, it's never failed. That's all that matters.P.S. Remember, don't ever plug punctures in the sidewall! Just stick to clean punctures in the tread and you'll be ok.

Fast Shipping ~ these plugs I've use on a sidewall before, emergency situation I wouldn't hesitate to plug a sidewall. I've never had one in the tread area leak , clean it out good with the reamer. I've used 5 of these together at once & sealed GREAT PLUGS! Why skimp on a simple item like this...

A small supply for those of us who like fresh supplies out on the road and fixing a flat tire.This is NOT the time to find out that your repair wicks have dried out, or the glue has dried out.I try to replace these things every year.
