Good looking and well made organizer. The issue I have is for standard folders the organizer is to wide and if not placed exactly centered the folder will fall through on one side. If it was slightly narrower this would not happen. Not a deal breaker but I found it annoying. If you bump into the folder it will shift and fall through.

It's tall enough to hold folders upright in my drawer!
Had a cheap plastic holder that was 5"high and all my folders were flopped over. This holds then upright.Metal is great. I used a hacksaw to adjust the size to fit in my drawer.
