These discs melted and tempered perfectly. A friend and I made caramels and dipped them in the melted chocolate. The candies set perfectly. Stored well. My friend wrapped hers as Christmas gifts. Sadly my family gobbled them up before I could think of gifting them!

Can't use latest purchase
The chocolate itself is amazing I have no problems with that what I do have a problem with is I have used these for the last 4 years at my bake shop I use them only for garnishing gourmet cookies I've chosen because of the size of the pistols and now as you can see by the photo they look like chocolate chips.The top 2 are from the previous bag. It's a very very expensive purchase and I relied on consistency just as my customers rely on consistency with my product. Very disappointed

Ordered this chocolate because I had heard good reviews. However when I received the package it was open and the box was filled with spilled chocolate.The chocolate seems fine, but I was disappointed in receiving an open package, it seems like more care could have been taken to ship it.
