This was the pudding I knew growing up, and my mom used to get it shipped to us in Kentucky by my Aunt in NYC. When I ended up living in the northeast for a short time, I truly became addicted to this pudding. It is not only inexpensive and very fast to make, but it also tastes truly out of this world, with the most wonderful chocolate flavor and texture. When I found out I could buy a case of it, this became a norm in our household, as it is so easy to make. While it may be a guilty pleasure, I'm so happy to have it back again!

This is not organic but it is hard to find pudding you have to cook in the store. I do not like instant pudding, tastes like a chemical factory to me. This tastes pretty good and has a nice chocolate flavor.
