This lightweight back support works very well. My back pain stopped immediately. It is stretchy, provides adequate support and can be adjusted for a comfortable fit. Heat does not build up underneath the device so skin doesn't sweat or feel itchy. It is well made with covered aluminum stays in the lumbar region. The closures hold very well. It doesn't ride up during use. Washing it is very easy. Hand wash, rinse, then lay flat to dry.

I have used one of these for years. They are fantastic for my back problems. My husband needed one that was a larger size than can be found in stores where I live. I found this larger one on Bolo. It came and it fits him perfectly. He has been using it for lifting, on his exercise bike--anytime he does something where back support is needed.

(Actually a petite woman using a friend’s account to order this.)The small/medium is so small! (2-4 petite with 28” natural waist) Very good quality though. Great support or waist trainer because it snatches my waist to very small, but they need a true medium because the larger size is huge! For more like a 45” waist because it works well for an obese relative and so wouldn’t work for me.Unless you need really good support and for it to be really tight (wish I had discovered years ago how the compression is very helpful for flu-like or joint pain in low back from long covid/fibromyalgia!) and a really good waist trainer (nice plus), I’d go with the larger size but my mom has that one and it’s huge! It is very good support though when two tight but you need strong arms to put it on!

I wasnt sure this would work for my upper back pain. I put it on and immediately felt some relief. It wasnt too uncomfortable to wear under my work clothes. I have to say this really helped my back problem by wearing it a few hours a day

This item states it's one size fits most up to 50 inches. It's much smaller than that. It wouldn't comfortably accommodate much over 40 inches. The "free return" they offer is only through Whole Foods or a UPS store, so if you don't have one of those nearby, I'd think twice about buying it.

Yo soy talla 30-32 y tal y como lo indica la descripción es unitalla y me quedó excelente, con un ajuste perfecto, ya usandolo me doy cuenta que me provee el soporte de espalda baja que necesito, en mi caso lo uso para evitar lesiones al mover a un adulto mayor y creo me será de mucha utilidad. Para aquellas personas que lo usarán para problemas de espalda baja, creo que es una buena opción de compra. Gracias Bolo.
the best one out the lot
Finally my wait is over ,i've had a Muller back brace before recomended by my physio ,years agobut it was wearing out ,so i took the plunge and ordered a different drand,what a dissapointmentthey were ok but the wrap around straps were not up to standard ,and the so called velcro type sticky straps were not very secureso i went and ordered Again The Muller Back Brace, and one size fits all proper Velcro wrap arond straps that Don't come offno gaps in the straps ,sorry this is long windedbut happy again al last .ps The Order deos take a long time to come through so be patient
Great Back Brace
This is the second Mueller back brace I have bought from Bolo and this one is the best fitting and gives me the best support I have ever experienced from a back brace. I would thoroughly recommend Mueller back braces to anyone who needs back support.

Las indicaciones de tallas no sirven para mujeres. ¡Y no te dejan devolver para cambiar el tamaño ni hacer un reembolso! Mi cintura es de 66cm (26 pulgadas), así que pedí la talla chica. Sin embargo, es casi imposible de cerrar abajo de la cintura real y la estrechez causa dolor sobre la cadera porque su recomendación de talla no contempla la diferencia anatómica de la cadera acampanada femenina en comparación con la cintura hasta cadera recta masculina.
