Anyway if you are looking for amazing cocoa for making delicious chocolate drinks or adding to espresso drinks this is it!

Ghiradelli ground chocolate has been my favorite for mochas for many, many years. The rich taste and creamy texture just can't be beat. I just add it right into the steaming pitcher with my milk and it blends seamlessly as I froth. Add a couple of shots of Lavazza Super Crema and... voila! Best. Mocha. Ever.

The labeling on this is beyond annoying. It should clearly say “sweetened” to distinguish it from unsweetened baking cocoa (which is what I thought I was buying). “Sweet” can easily be interpreted as a quality of the cocoa. Based on nutrition information this can is 3/4 sugar and only 12 ounces of actual cocoa which I could have purchased for around $16.

My Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa | 3 lb. | Baking & Desserts. Without melting chocolate into each mocha, which isn’t not possible at a high volume cafe, ghiradelli is the best way to make hot chocolates and mochas. Packaged securely box and container was not damaged. I will recommend a friend.
