I am shocked at the immediate results from taking this supplement. I was hopeful, but no way did I expect such relief. I have yet to figure out if my polyovarian cysts have been halting my periods or if peri-menopause’s halt of my periods are leading to cyst growth. Either way, I have been in hell for months from ovarian cyst rupturing, an episode of ovary torsion, hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, heart palpitations, and brain fog. In case you wonder if I’ve seen a doctor, the answer is yes I wasted a visit or two. Last visit I declined the implant she suggested, which is known to CAUSE cysts. (Really??) Thank heaven for common sense and natural supplements.I took a single tablet two nights ago and slept. I actually slept. I didn’t have sweats, or palpitations all night, nor did I have a single hot flash all day. Seriously, that’s like a miracle. Last night I took 2 capsules before bed. Now, I was cramming for finals, drinking lots of coffee and eating lots of chocolate, so I set myself up royally for the mess of symptoms listed above. And yet I slept. Palpitations are still an issue, but that’s all my fault. Even with them, I am comfortable and relaxed.One more thing: I started ovulation within hours of the first dose. Mind blown. It seems like this blend of herbs was exactly what my body was needing.9/11/2022 UPDATEI continue to have great results with this supplement. I tend to be inconsistent with taking all forms of supplements, so I start and stop equally with this one. When symptoms show up to remind me I am off track, I start them again. Once again last month my period was delayed two weeks, with no signs of starting. That’s guaranteed ovary-trouble for me. I began the supplements again and within a couple days my period started again. Nothing but good things to say about this supplement!

I am peri-menopausal and the hot flashes, extended PMS, and the extreme mood swings and exhaustion with PMS were becoming debilitating. This stuff works for me and I take it only every other day. It took about a month to get into my system, but I feel near normal again-- even during PMS. The extreme weepiness and the snap anger I got with PMS didn't happen this month. Other PMS symptoms have also lessened. The night sweats have gone away and the hot flashes have become less severe and last shorter periods of time. I pursue herbal remedies before prescriptions, but I am always skeptical about how well homeopathic treatments will work. This one works, ladies!! I just wish it came in bigger jars. I switched to another brand with a similar formula because I could get a three month supply for a lot less than $10 a month.

I'm 43 and thought I was entering early menopause but instead, surprise! I was pregnant with my 4th baby right when my youngest moved out. Facepalm... So needless to say, I had my son and had been dealing with various female issues prior to my pregnancy such as adenomyosis, ovarian cysts and hormonal issues. I started sweating really bad while I was pregnant. Hot flash type sweating. I'd sweat all over, like my calves and forearms would even sweat.It got worse after I had my son and then I had a hysterectomy (kept my ovaries tho I was told they wouldn't work as well and eventually I'd go into menopause) The sweating was soooo bad it was embarrassing. My hair would be soaked from it and I'd leave sweat marks on chairs. Finally my Dr put me on a medicine to help. It kinda helped, she upped the dose and it seemed to get a big better but would still happened a lot. Enough to constantly disrupt life and make me constantly self conscious.I read some reviews on various supplements to help ease menopause and tried this. To be honest, nothing happened with the first bottle. The second bottle though, I noticed I wasn't sweating much anymore unless I was actually doing something where sweating is normal. I missed getting my third bottle for a clue weeks and it started right up again. So I'm ony fifth bottle now and stopping the medicine. I had to leave a review because this stuff has helped me so much!I'm sure there are other women struggling with hormones and on the off chance this helps one? It's worth it! I really was thinking I was sweating excessive from being over weight and that plays in some but the extreme difference between taking this and not? I feel like I can be normal and no one is staring at me with my gross wet hair and beet red face or grossed out by my sweaty forearms. Who has sweaty forearms anyway??? I didnt even know it was a thing until then. Lucky for me, it isn't a thing for me now!

I had a total hysterectomy last year and have been getting hot flashes mainly at night. I started taking this for a couple weeks, so far not helping the hot flashes at night. I will continue to take them for longer to see if they will kick in.

This product seemed like a miracle at first. It stopped my extreme hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia almost right away. Then I noticed a slightly elevated mood, which was desperately needed. After just a few days I no longer felt bloated. My girls stopped being swolen and painful. This herbal blend seemed to be fantastic! Then, around week three, I slowly began to have side effects but they came about so slowly, I didn't know what the problem was. My side effects included headaches that turned into migraines. Soon I had migraines Every. Single. Day. but I didn't realize it was due to side effects. I also gained several lbs. My hair began to fall out at an alarming rate. Finally I had severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. I was desperate for help. I finally began to suspect Menopause Support for these strange issues. I stopped taking them and all of the above mentioned side effects went away. I believe this is a good product that may work for a lot of people. I am not one of those lucky women. Treat these supplements like a pharmaceutical because they work like pharmaceuticals and can have serious side effects just like prescription drugs.

Unable to properly review the product as it takes at least a month or two of use to adequately measure the changes, but it makes me go more regular to the toilet
