The flavor is a nice mix of chili heat and savory garlic, making it good for lots of different meals, not just Asian ones. It's pretty consistent in quality – thick and full of flavor, not watery. You get a lot for your money, so it's good value. I often just stir a spoonful into my stir fry or use it to spice up a soup. It's a reliable condiment to have around for adding some easy flavor.

This stuff is great. I did a chicken cutlet pan fry with fresh tomato, onion, lemon, salt and a little tomato paste. If you add a bit of water you will create a sauce but wait till you're about halfway in cooking and adjust it by tasting it but this stuff will form a glaze if u take it down a bit. I threw in cooked shell pasta and it was wonderful.

I normally get the regular one but I enjoyed this version as well. The garlic flavor is present but not prominent. Very nice heat. This brand is authentic. Thick and flavorful like the ones you find at a legit Asian restaurant. I like that it had a protective seal under the cap. It was strong. I couldn't peel it off! I had to poke a hole with a fork and peel it back. The expiration date (although hard to see) was also a long time away, so that was good too.

Sriracha's lesser known sibling in the supermarket, the garlic chili variant has A TON more flavor than Sriracha and a nice texture to boot. Add to your favorite noodle, Thai, Vietnamese, or boring dish and find out about this spicy, garlicky gem of a sauce. This size was a great deal so I picked up an extra one to enjoy this year. TRY ASAP!

Nice kick of spice and good garlic flavor making it through, this is an awesome addition to any dish. I reorder this again and again as it's a delicious compliment to any meal.These smaller sized jars seem to be better priced than the larger ones and they're worth stocking up on while they're on sale.Huge fan and I'll keep making sure I always have them in the fridge.
