We’ve got a grandma of a kitty. Shes 16 years old and we were worried about whether she was getting not just enough food but the right supplements to make sure she’s still feeling good and going to the bathroom. This does just that. She hasn’t had any bathroom issues and still does regularly. It’s a bit pricy but worth it for keeping her healthy and happy. She loves the flavoring and the amount that’s given is just right for a food topping. Good quality product for any elder cat.

I use the cat version of fortiflora, and my brother uses the dog version for his Labrador. We both swear by this stuff. Not only do the animals love the taste, but I feel that the product does more than regulate bowel issues/vomiting. For cats specifically, it's so important for them to stay hydrated. This is why so many vets recommend offering both wet and dry food to your cat. They get a good portion of their water intake from their diet. I have been sprinkling this prebiotic on my cats wet food for years and I'm very happy with the results. Although the product is expensive, it's well worth the price. Both my brother and I noticed a significant difference in the coat health of our animals while using this product. All animals consuming this product have shiny, thick coats. To summarize: the price, although expensive, is worth it 100%. I believe that good gut health contributes to overall health. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this product for over a year now and a have seen such a positive change in my cats appetite and gastrointestinal issues.I have 3 Senior cats that all have things going on medically but this product has been a life saver for so many reasons.The number 1 reason is helping them with their soft stool which is a big concern. Cleaning not just one and not just two, but three cats butts can become pretty tedious when they also aren't big fans of it as well.With that being said all three are very picky eaters and now when I go to feed them all 3 come running and love to eat their food which has been amazing since it's been such a struggle to get all of them on the same page about eating.Overall this product is awesome and I am so happy with the quality of this product. I will continue to buy it since it's literally worth it to have your cats feeling better.

Expensive but encourages my cat to eat
I have a cat who has been living with kidney issues for years now. He will go through periods where he doesn't want to eat because he's nauseous. Vitamin B12 mixed with his food sparks his appetite, but only when he'll eat enough of his food for it to work, so it can be a vicious circle. He LOVES the taste of FortiFlora and is much more inclined to eat when I sprinkle it on his food, much like you would a seasoning. I like that it is not only a flavouring but a probiotic and vitamin/mineral supplement, which should be good for his overall health as well. I do notice that it makes his stools darker because of the added ferrous sulphate (iron). I don't use a packet all at once, but spread it over about 3 or 4 feedings so it it isn't as expensive. Once his appetite returns, eats well until the next time he feels nauseous, so there are some days that I don't use it at all.

My cats love this. It has a meaty scent which opens up their appetite. It’s gentle on the belly and helps their gut but do not give more than a packet a day or they’ll start having soft poos. I typically use one packet and spread it across 3 meals a day per cat.
