This pan has large capacity and is perfect for soups, gumbos, etc. It heats evenly, lid fits nice and tight, and the food cooks evenly. I first cooked a big pot of okra gumbo. Cooked perfectly! I’ve been wanting a big aluminum pot for a while. This pot is perfect and cleans easily.

It's brought a taste of Spain into our home, and even my hubby is a fan — so much so that he's suggested getting another one in a smaller size for days when we're cooking for just the two of us.However, through a bit of user error, I learned a valuable lesson: while the product isn't marketed as dishwasher safe, I can now confirm that it's best to keep it out of the dishwasher. After an accidental cycle, the lid looked like it had been flash-burned. The media could not be loaded. Had to order a replacement. The lid didn’t fit and the pot was bent. After I received my replacement the next day. The pot and lid were perfect as shown in the picture. It lines up good. Definitely recommend for cooking. The pot is pretty wide in size. Perfect for soups and caldos. Will order a smaller one for my guisos and rice.

It’s made of silver matte lightweight aluminum which is perfect because it was able to handle the perfect heat temperature to make my arroz gandules it better than my other pots. Where I lived I couldn’t find a store that sold it for the price I found it online and it was a great price for the item! The actual handles are metal and everything is casted of one piece so it’s durable and you won’t have to worry about the handles breaking off. Just use pot holders and be more careful.

I don't like this pot. I love love love it. Wow...this pot went beyond my expectation in terms of its size, quality and ofcourse delivery. Pot is exactly as described. Just the perfect size that I needed for my stove top and the taste of my food...OMG...I was not disappointed. The tase is different from using the regular pot. I had to order for another one and now i feel like a conqueror in my kitchen...lol. Highly recommended guys. Get this pot and trust me you will be glad you did.
