I ordered this probiotic due to an allergic reaction that seemed to result in an unexpected food sensitivity and increasing gut issues; having read that this particular type focused on calming yeast issues within the body I thought I would give it a shot, especially as I was starting to react badly to sugar and sweeter things as well. I took it once for three days before realising that the extremely dizzy head seemed to be related to it, at which point I grudgingly stopped. I've got naturally low blood pressure so I assumed that it was either lowering that a bit more or was doing something odd to my blood sugar levels (with a restricted diet it wouldn't take much)However, since that point I have been able to tolerate sugar based products again with no problem, much to my surprise. I have since taken a pill every so often to top up without any ill-effect so it may have been some sort of die-off the first time. Sugar tolerance has continued (now around three weeks/four weeks later). I had not been taking any other medication at that time so I can only assume that the pills did their work in what must have been a slightly dramatic fashion - normally it takes a few weeks to notice an effect!Will definitely keep a packet on hand in case of any further sugary-issues
extremely effective at helping immune system & general health
I tried this for optimum immune-system health when I'd had a minor temp. health-deterioration that seemed likely auto-immune (temp. dicky kidneys & periodontitis flare-up).I have to say that, not only did it help with that problem but it also had another good health effect that I'd not expected! (detailed at end, for any with strong stomachs!)Despite it coming in the post at a very warm time of year, it still worked fine - & of course I put it straight in the fridge to keep well until I'd finished it - I don't take it every day; just when I know I've carelessly not eaten v.healthily &/or when I've drunk a little more cider than is recommended &/or when I've had some bug & am feeling a little run-down - & I don't think it's just my imagination that it works very well !...(At risk of "too much info" as they say, to give relevant info, I'm post menopausal & had had not-nice-smelling lower-area most of the time since then, which was hitherto not something I'd had but I didn't consider it important as I was otherwise healthy - but this product also cleared that up a treat, wonderful!)
Didn’t notice any results
Bought these as recommended by the nutritionist. Daughter was told they would help clean her bad gut and she would notice a change in her stool etc when it was fighting the bacteria. She unfortunately only noticed a slight stomach ache and is still fighting the bad bacteria.

Didn’t notice any results
Bought these as recommended by the nutritionist. Daughter was told they would help clean her bad gut and she would notice a change in her stool etc when it was fighting the bacteria. She unfortunately only noticed a slight stomach ache and is still fighting the bad bacteria.
