I finished a round of antibiotics recently and wanted to try a probiotic to support gut health. I chose Optibac because it contained specific strains mentioned in an article I read (I believe published by the NIH).It's difficult to say definitively if the probiotics worked since I wasn't experiencing any digestive problems beforehand. However, I finished the course with no bloating or other negative side effects.Overall: If you're looking for a probiotic with specific strains after antibiotic use, this could be a good option. Since everyone's gut health is different, results may vary.Note: I cannot claim any medical benefits from this product.

Ordered product on 02/08/2024 received product on 02/29/2024. Product was made on 03/09/2022. Product expires on 05/04/2024. Would have liked a product that wasn't so old. Not sure if I am going to use it.

Ordered twice but didn’t work for me. Developed vaginal infection and diarrhea while taking this medication.
Nach Antibiotika Einnahme echt gut
Musste in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Monaten Antibiotika nehmen und bin im Internet auf die Optibacs gestoßen. Die Lieferung dauert leider recht lange, weshalb ich sie nicht wie vorgesehen während der Einnahme, sondern erst, nachdem ich die Antibiotika bereits genommen hatte, nehmen konnte. Von der Wirkung her absolut zuverlässig und wie vom Hersteller versprochen. Preis ist meines Erachtens nach etwas hoch.

Don’t normally write reviews but these saved me while on a course of heavy antibiotics. I just took with my breakfast. I normally have a healthy diet and was worried about the anti bs flushing me out or getting thrush, but I didn’t get that. Look after your gut bacteria! It’s well worth the money
Must have with antibiotics
I was prescried antibiotics and got these to replace all the good bacteria in the tummy. I recommend that you order sufficient quantity so that you can continue to take them about two weeks after you finished the course of your antibiotics.
Really impressed
I was put on a course of antibiotics - for 4 weeks. I wanted to cry as I knew what would happen , id be almost house bound. But I started taking these on day 2 and I can honestly say I haven't had one occasion where ive been afraid to go out. No antibiotic bad tummy at all. Ive started my second box today and will order one more to take me through to the end and then I intend to start on another regular probiotic from Optibac. I wish id have known about them years ago The last time I tried a probiotic I had dreadful wind. But not with these at all. The fact that I can take them together with the antibiotic is wonderful. Great customer service and for me, a happy tummy
