Atkin's protein shakes are a treat for us. With only 2 grams net carbohydrates, the Dark Chocolate Royale is delicious and perfect when family members are baking and/or consuming sweets. They reduce cravings and I find them very filling. I prefer vanilla and the dark chocolate to the other flavors most of the time. It's great to have a variety on hand, chilled and ready to drink. Perfect to keep at work and at home. Recommend.

The Atkins brand has done it again: this is delicious and nutritious. VERY pumpkin spice. Of course, I always mix such shakes with about 4 oz. of half & half to help keep me fuller til lunchtime (and it helps a little with flavor too), but even straight out of the box you won't be disappointed. I wish it had another gram or two of dietary fiber, but beggars can't be choosers. We'll see if the caffeine content is equal to their other 'coffee' related shakes, but still...great product!

Okay what?! Why has no one told me how good these are? Honestly these are 10 times better flavor wise then Premier Protein which I have been choking down for years. These actually taste good. They make great iced coffees. I can't wait to try more flavors. They also seem to be a little healthier ingredients wise then other protein shakes and priced better as well. I would have went with 5 starts however I do think ingredients could be a bit cleaner and in this particular flavor the banana is barely detectable. It mostly just taste like chocolate milk to me.

I switched to this brand from premier protein bc they had a huge price increase and I'm glad I did. The flavor is absolutely delicious and it has less calories. I was able to lose almost 30 pounds with these protein shakes. I also like the lifted small drinking opening so I won't have to use straws anymore like I used to with premier.
