If you are trying to cut back on salt but need more flavor get this seasoning. You get the flavor of an everything bagel on a plain bagel with cream cheese without increasing your salt intake. Win, win! I also put it on my avocado toast with a bit of cholula, you will not miss the salt!

I suddenly found myself suffering from heart failure and stuck on a low sodium diet. I saw this and thought I need to try it. I find I need to add more of this than the one with salt in it. It does have the basic flavors. Without salt it seems a bit bland.

Once I was told I have four different heart conditions and have to cut back all my salt my husband and I have been trying different things or different seasonings that are salt free and this is one of the better ones because I love when he makes his lemon chicken I highly recommend it that taste is wonderful it's got a good blend to it and the fact that it's better for my heart makes it even better
