One level cup to a gallon of brewed tea - perfectly Southern sweet tea like Mom used to make, without spiking blood sugar. One level cup to a gallon of water plus TWO packages of any flavor Kool Aid. Refreshing for kids of all ages. I know there are people who don't like the idea of artificial sweetener, but my beloved spouse likes Kool Aid, and he likes sweet tea, and he's type 2 diabetic. For us, Splenda replaces sugar in these drinks, and leaves no strange after-taste. This is absolutely a necessity for our pantry. Subscribe and Save helps us never run out!
