I used it like I would normal Tabasco, not thinking much about it and it hit me hard.It felt as hot at the last dab. I enjoy the last dab and usually only use a small amount so I think I just did too much scorpion sauce. It tastes solid and I’m enjoying it now. Just using a bit less than the first time.

Kind of expensive, but I really enjoy this on pizza. I started out with the Choula Habanero and found it was a nice flavor and heat level. I then ran out and found this at my local store as a temporary replacement. At first I was worried it would be too hot, but after using it I find it even better than the Choula version. I only find small bottles, so finding this huge bottle was pretty nice. The only downside is it’s kind of expensive, but it’s worth having. I probably use it 3 or 4 times a week, so the small bottles don’t last very long. It’s spicy, but not so hot that it’s without flavor or beyond reason. I feel like this is about as hot as I would want for somewhat routine usage. It’s very sweet and flavorful, and it also has a nice heat level. I definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a sweet and spicy hot sauce.

My husband is head over heels for this hot sauce and puts it on everything. If I could give it 10 stars I would. You definitely get your money's worth with this jug. It last him awhile and he uses it daily. Its not overly hot. He just loves the Chipotle flavor.

My fave! I have this on subscription because I put it on everything from eggs at breakfast to chicken at dinner. It is not hot (opinion) but does have a little warmth to it and a bright smoky, chipotle flavor. You know how there are some hot sauces that are so hot you can't taste anything? This isn't that. It is bright and rich and smoky and blends into things beautifully. If you are a fan of spicy mayo, throw this in with some mayo, add a little paprika, some sriracha, a couple shakes of oregano and onion powder, and a dab of honey. If you don't want all that effort, just throw it together with some mayo or sour cream. Yes, sir!

Viscosity is somewhere between Tabasco and Sriracha. Packaging/nozzle is practical and functional. Flavor is much like Ortega taco sauce, which limits it's versatility, but it's still tasty stuff.

Finally I can stop buying the tiny bottles I've been looking for this for 12 years ever since my local store I would get it from stopped carrying it. It's the same good ol sauce just in a larger quantity. It tastes just the same has the same amount of subtle heat and spice. It is also in the long run a better value than continuing to buy the small bottles. It has stayed perfectly sealed with the lid since I've opened it nothing has leaked out and it lasts way longer than the smaller store bought bottles

WOW, this is some of the best hot sauce I've ever had. The fruit flavors are minimal, only used to accent the pepper. The sauce is smoky, hot, just a little fruity in the right way to really accent the spiciness of the scorpion peppers. It isn't sweet, and it really does the scorpion peppers justice. I wasn't expecting this one to be so delicious. This is now one of my very favorite sauces!
