I’ve to say this is a miracle.. I was literally going crazy last year with hot flashes, vaginal itching discomfort.. my sister was using this in a tropical climate and suggested it.. I bought it and it’s done so much for me.. hot flashes to a minimum.. other places went back to normal.. BM back to daily too!! I give it a 10 stars.. compared to other stuff..

Without a doubt it helps cut down on the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes both in the daytime and evening. I know when I run out and have tested it many times - I’m definitely worse off without this supplement so now I make sure I always have it. Thank you

Really does the job!
After having a total abdominal hysterectomy and both ovaries removed, the dreaded menopause hit me with all its symptoms like I'd just run into a brick wall at 100 miles per hour. Hot flushes, severe night sweats, and feeling very emotional for absolutely no reason etc. I was prescribed HRT, which completely alleviated these issues. However, 13 months later I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which was 'ER+' (Oestrogen Receptor Positive), meaning I had no choice but to come off HRT.Whilst weaning myself off the HRT, I started taking Menopace Plus, in conjunction with another herbal product (black cohosh). All I can say is, I haven't had any of the horrible menopausal symptoms back. Not only have the night sweats and hot flushes stayed away, my emotional mood swings have also been held at bay! At least, my other half is still alive and my kids are all still talking to me!!I can't swear that it's all down to these products, as I didn't take the chance of going 'cold turkey', but I can say that I wouldn't now risk finding out.Additionally, I originally bought this from another well known herbalist outlet, but paid about three times the price, as I didn't even think about checking Bolo at the time! Silly me! I will always compare prices, but so far, I haven't found this product cheaper elsewhere.I would suggest to anyone who is experiencing menopausal symptoms to give this a try for a month and see if you notice a difference. I would also recommend black cohosh (Menoherb is the cheapest brand I've found, also through Bolo - much cheaper than the other place).
Pre and menopause supplement
I used this supplement and it really helped to reduce sweat flashing. Reason to order again and I strongly recommend it if you are on pre-menopause
