. . . is the best I've found in any pasta. It needs the 7 minute boil the package instructions suggest and the flavor is strong enough that it shows up despite being smothered in sauce, beans etc.. The small size of this fusilli I think is what allows it to remain "al dente" through the end of the meal rather than getting soggy. I love einkorn pasta also, but this spelt fusilli is the best taste and texture. Ancient grains: yeah!!

These bags must have been stored next to some kind of soap or detergent, because the smell leached through the paper of the pasta bags and into the pasta. The whole bag reeked of soap and even after cooking the pasta it tasted of soap. I threw the four bags I ordered away.

Arrived within the time specified. When cooked to the instructions the pasta is perfect, got a lovely texture to it and picks up the flavour of the sauce very well

I always buy this product and can usually freely find it pre covid, this item is delicious, we packaged, swift delivery, although more expensive than I would be usually priced in the stores
