Before starting these, my husband was getting up numerous times a night to urinate. Since we are halfway through the bottle, he has decreased dramatically the number of times he gets up at night. Easy to swallow, seem to be effective so I'd say good quality, ingredients were just what I was looking for to fix his problem. His sleep quality has improved 100%! No stomach issues with these. We are both using these gor urinary urgency too and they seem to be helping both of us with no side effects.

Ordered two because the first was apparently lost in transit, but they both arrived within a few days of each other so it all worked out in the... (ahem) "end". Will order more when needed.

I love this product when it is properly handled. The last order was melted and not usable.

I have been suffering from an enlarged prostate for many years and that comes with needing to wake up a few times in the night to go to the loo. I haven't been able to sleep longer than about 3 hours or less before needing the loo in the night.Well since I've been taking this I've only needed to wake up once and it seems to be getting even better than that.I feel more refreshed next morning.Great product! Really glad I got it and will continue to order it.
