I need to give it 30 days before knowing if it is helping. It has been almost 2 weeks and I would have to say I feel more energy. The stress in my life has caused my cortisol to go up and my hormones and DHEA are low. This seems to be helping but I hope to see even more improvement after 30 days before buying another bottle. I was happy that it was delivered a little early so I could get started even sooner. If the results are good I will buy again from this seller.

I don't know if these work or not because I never used them. Everything I've ever purchased from Nature's Way was great though especially their DIM capsules. I was looking forward to taking these together but the product arrived with the safety seal broken and the bottle opened on one side. There was no box either, unlike other Nature's Way products I've ordered. Bolo refuses to let me return these or refund the purchase price so I ordered them again but from another online site.

Do not use this product without discussing with your doctor as it can alter your hormones and cause equivalent symptoms. I started using it per recommendation of a coworker and started getting irritated easier than usual, to the point where I would snap at the drop of a hat and started having crying fits. Not enjoyable.

I gave these a try for a couple months and I don't think this supplement did anything. I was hoping it would help with appetite, weight loss, and anxiety, but I didn't feel any different at all. I started taking choline with inositol instead and that's when I started noticing results. Different strokes for different folks and I'm sure this works for some but not others.I'm a 42 year old woman with PCOS and trouble losing and maintaining my weight and managing my appetite, plus add anxiety to that. The choline and inositol helped enormously with my anxiety and I started dropping weight with that supplement right away. If these don't work for you and you are in similar circumstances, I suggest trying the choline/inositol route instead.

Helps balance My hormones. If I take just regular DHEA I noticed an imbalance in my hormones. It would make me feel too emotional. The 7-dhea highlights on a metabolite without creating unwanted increased hormone levels. Thank you

My discovery of 7-Keto DHEA by Enzymatic changed my life in that it does not convert into estrogen or testosterone. Seven years ago my alternative doctor diagnosed adrenal deficiency and prescribed a DHEA supplement that became my lifeline.
