But it was soft and malleable. Production and packing are functional for purpose intended. The sugar content is acceptable for me when compared to other sweater substitutes , especially considering the price range. The taste is as expected and thr smell is as expected. For the price, the product at a good value point compared to local grocery stores.

I got this yesterday and was disappointed I thought its just brown sugar, but I opened it today and tasted it....OH MY GOODNESS!! This tastes so good!!! It is measured differently than regular brown sugar by half.

It almost tastes like real brown sugar, but it’s sweeter. The texture is very moist. I have always loved brown sugar on my cereal but with this sugar, tastes less sweet and I find myself using considerably less than I would normally use. I haven’t yet tried it in baking but I have used it for freezing strawberries. I highly recommend this product to anyone trying to reduce their sugar intake
