I have been searching for years for an alternative to white pasta. We either didn't like the flavor or the texture, and occasionally neither. This pasta checked all of our boxes - flavorful but not overpowering, firm but not excessively chewy. It's not inexpensive, but we are worth it :)

This is very good pasta. I love it. It had perfect flavor and texture. I love whole wheat pasta. I can't even eat white pasta anymore. It has no flavor or nuttiness as the whole wheat does plus I try to eat whole foods and organic and no processed foods. I'd highly recommend this product.

This is a decent whole wheat pasta. Definitely better than whole wheat long pasta from Barilla or Ronzoni.I haven't had any issues with it sticking to itself. Didn't need vegetable oil.It takes 10 minutes to boil for al dente. Slightly on the high side, but not a big deal.
