And I love a good burger or steak. Before trying this, if I ate a burger, it would sit on my stomach nearly 24 hours. I would belch it up all day and just feel pretty bad overall. Last night I tried again but took two capsules of this. Today I woke up and had zero feeling of anything being on my stomach. There was no belching, and from everything I can tell it was digested just fine... like it used to. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a similar situation. I guess the next test will be a steak.

Works good, this is used by my son that has stomach issues that they can't seem to diagnose. It seems to run in the family. The severe stomach issues skipped me and my brother, but was passed down to our kids. My son's stomach would swell after eating anything. It would swell to the size of a woman that's 9 months pregnant and stay like that just getting bigger and bigger. He also suffered from severe constipation due to all the internal swelling. The only thing they could offer for relief is for him to take a prescription laxative twice a day for life. It also took awhile to find one his stomach could tolerate. He's lactose intolerant and can't tolerate certain foods, meats, snacks, vegetables, vitamin supplements, fruits, drinks or certain ingredients. He's very limited to what he can eat, but still way better off then his cousin who's allergic to just about everything. My son does also seem to have a very slow moving digestive system and his stomach acids seem weak. He's able to tolerate this Digest Gold Supplement out of the many other brands he tried and it does help.

I have IBS and had been struggling with severe constipation and constant bloating. I tried everything—Seed synbiotics, probiotics, stool softeners, tons of water. I even cut out gluten and dairy. Still bloated after every meal.My GI doctor suggested I try digestive enzymes before my largest meal of the day, so after reading a bunch of reviews, I gave this a shot.Game-changer. I took one capsule 30 minutes before dinner, and for the first time, no bloating. Then a few hours later… I actually had the urge to go. And y’all, I had a smooth, soft bowel movement. I almost cried tears of joy.This is now part of my daily combo: Seed synbiotics, 2 Dulcolax, and this enzyme before dinner. Finally found a formula that works for me.

First off let me just say that I bought this product expecting it to be a flop like other products I’ve tried. The only reason I bought it was because I saw that there were a lot of great claims on this product so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because it is effective in what it claims to do. The bottle size is very standard which makes it reasonable for the price point. I’ll pop 2 of these bad boys during my meal and within 2 hours of eating I’m already feeling my bowel movements. Such a nice feeling (if you retain lots of gas, or don’t have regular bowel movements you know what I’m talking about). I can rely on this product now to get me back into my regular groove especially with heavier foods. As with many supplements you want to stay hydrated. As for the taste you cannot taste or smell any pungent weirdness or aftertaste which I love! If you’re hesitating, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Ive had horrible symtoms of Histamine Intolerence over a year ago. It lasted for about 8 months. I had breathing issues and constant acid reflux. Worse 8 months of my life. I bought these enzymes in addition to histaminx probiotics before my meals.. and its made a HUGE difference. Acid reflux is gone! Breathing issues (air hunger) gone! I still get heartburn every so often. But it will last a day or 2.. and not months on end! I mainly only take this now before dinner which is my biggest meal! Highly recommend!

I learned about this from a gym instructor and I’m glad I bought it. It definitely helps with bloating, the capsules are easy to swallow which is plus. It doesn’t really have a smell so that’s good also.

This enzyme is a life saver for my daughter. She has a malabsorption condition and this enzyme allows her to eat carbs and improve her energy levels! Easy to use on the go as well. Definitely grateful for this product!!

No more bloating
I take it whenever I eat cooked foods, as they lack in enzymes. I open one capsule and mix the powder in my food, same with a probiotic capsule. Goodbye abdominal discomfort after a meal! If I eat my meal with a salad or natural pickles, I get my enzymes from those, so no need then for the enzyme supplement.
