I bought this to listen for carpenter ants in my walls. Believe it or not if you have them you can hear them. This aids in locating where they are in order to properly treat them. Fortunately, we did not have a nest.

I love this product. I have often had issues with stethoscopes as far as fitting in my ear is concerned. I always struggle with the fitting for most stethoscopes I have used. This one came with 3 sizes, small, medium and large. When I tried the small, it fits perfect for my ears. The color is as seen, it's durable and lightweight. I love it

I just started the nursing program with my school and so .. had to get a stethoscope. I don't have the money to buy an expensive "good" one so I decided on this! Now, unless I breezed over the pamphlet that it came with but I don't remember reading that the DIAPHRAGM has a "cover" over it... I've tried to take blood pressure with my cuff and this stethoscope on my children and my mother, to practice, even myself, and each time, got frustrated because I couldn't hear anything. I started watching YT videos of how to take a BP, thinking I'm just doing something wrong.. LOW AND BEHOLD- i just so happened to noticed that the stethoscope the actor was using in the video (dk the brand but just the LOOK of the diaphragm was what caught my eye) showed all silver, like the bell.. so i looked at mine and was like "hmmm. does this need to come off?" (it makes the diaphragm appear as a FLAT surface and has the brand name on it) YES! yes it does. Took off this thin plastic cover that was snuggly slipped into the rim of the diaphragm and now I can hear perfectly! I hope you read this before returning thinking your stethoscope doesn't work!

This brand is amazing. Very comparable other high-quality stethoscopes for the price I will continue to get these if I ever have to get another one. The color is nice. The earpiece selection is awesome. I have very tiny ears and these smalls fit well.

I am not a medical professional nor do I have experience with stethoscopes. But this one is not working as expected. I read the instructions and watched instructional videos. When I put this in my ears and just barely touch the diaphragm I can hear it loudly. Yet when I put it on my chest, I can't find a beating heart anywhere. I decided to get a second opinion so I took it next door to show it to my vet. Her response was, you get what you pay for and this one is terrible. She had me try hers and WOW what a difference.
