Love that this is a natural alternative to body wash without the bad chemicals! It smells great, cleans well and doesn’t irritate our skin! We have been using this quite a while now, it’s our go to soap. My husband uses it as shampoo as well and it’s not drying.

Great shower gel! ! Easy to dispense with the pump at the top. I love the scent and appreciate the larger size that I can keep in my shower for convenient use.

In the past, there has been leakage when it was sent by mail. I received some leakage( the cap at the bottom of the pump was loose) Why not just cap the bottle and attach the pump separately in the box when sent? In a store, the pump can be attached to the bottle but sending by mail, separate. No leakage but the customer still has the pump to attach. This is what Philosophy does when it ships their product. I had a time in getting the pump to pop up to pump. I turned it the way the arrow pointed and it still did not pop up. I unscrewed the pump from the bottle, held it tight and then turned in the direction pointed at the top and it popped up. There are sometimes issues with pump tops( Philosophy too).The shower gel is a gel like consistency not creamy. Love the lavender smell, this smells more like the plant(lavender with an herbal undertone) Love it. Now the smell does not last all day but well enough after a shower.Lathers up rich to me. I also purchased the body lotion and will review it also. 32 oz is a nice size and should last sometime as this is not the only body wash in the shower.

The soap bubbles up nicely and smells great from the bottle but using it in the shower no scent at all 😞

I use several of the Avalon Organics products and have for a number of years now. It's very important to me that I avoid the harmful skin care ingredients that can be cancer causing and endocrine interrupters and the Avalon line ensures this. Skin care products can be outrageously expensive and I have to admit that I supplement my Avalon products with other products however, the Avalon products are a part of my daily routine. When I use a product over time I look for consistency in effectiveness, quality and packaging. The shower gel, day creme and body lotion all have a pleasing smell (I use the lavender gel/lotion), texture is consistent and good and the products are effective. Pump action of the dispensers very good and consistent.
Arrived intact and not leaking …Awesome!!
Love the lavender scent . I use these to refill all of the smaller Avalon bottles at every sink in my house (6)

New formula isn't as good
Looks like the rebranding comes with a new formula as well... which is not as good overall. Less fragrant, more diluted.

ロスから直輸入ということで時間はかかるとは思っていましたが楽しみに待っておりました届いてびっくりファスナー付きビニール袋の中に商品が入れられてるだけでなんの梱包もしておらず漏れないようにキャップをテープで巻くなどの工夫も全くしておらず小さい箱で横向きに入れられておりビニールの中で液体がこぼれベチャベチャでした量も減っているだろうし何よりも体に使うものなのにこんなにいい加減な梱包で安全性は大丈夫なのか不安です返品できるか只今問い合わせ中ですがこのような梱包では漏れることがわかると思うのですがもっと丁寧に梱包してほしい
