This stuff smells so good. I used it on my babies 40 years ago, and I've used it on myself ever since. It just stands to reason that if I can tell a difference in the way my own skin irritations feel when I use it, I know it has to be better for baby's skin than other products too. It's really miraculous the difference it makes. I've tried the extra strength version in red packaging, but the extra strength version doesn't have that wonderful smell. And it doesn't really work any better than the original anyway. Soothes sunburn and other minor burns. I'm no stranger to sunburn, and I have tried many products over the years to relieve it. Plus, a little goes a long way. This product gets TEN STARS from me.

The best product. Child never had any rash after this.
Amazing product
This product is amazing and prevents and clears diaper rash. I have been using this product on my baby since the beginning and till now she has not developed any kind of rash. My only complain is1) The dimension of the product does not match what is mentioned in picture. The height of this product is 4 inch or 10 cm.2) When I got it there were 2 layers a semisolid one and a gel one. I had to mix these two together.

Before using buttpaste we were using desidine rash cream and it do not solve our baby’s groin rash , but we see the benefit of this diaper rash cream within three days and it do not even sticky to apply on skin and have a coffee like sent.
