I am not a medical doctor and I cannot give medical advice. Below, however, are my own personal experiences. Each person needs to decide for themselves if this item can benefit for them. Consult your own medical professional for proper advice.I've been using this CoQ10- for several months. I recently went on a camping trip with my son, which I don't think i would have been able to do without having used these for the previous several months. My understanding is that CoQ10 is an element that is used in the 'Krebs Cycle' of cellular operation. In the words of a close friend (multi-episode cancer survivor), "If CoQ10 isn't present, everything else after that may no't work well.I had been taking multi-vitamins and 'omegas' for a few years before I started taking CoQ10. Subsequently, I tried the 40 mg, and then the 200 mg levels, with little, if any, results. When I started taking these, there was a notable difference, kind of like I was 'living again'.These are BIG pills! ... and I have difficulty swallowing BIG pills. However the shape and coating on these Softgels make them easier to swallow for me, more so than my multi-vitamins that are a similar size.There has been some concern about taking this level of CoQ10 on your own without medical consultation. So, for your own sake, it never hurts to consult your medical professional. But if the level they recommend is in this range, this is a quality product.

This is the second time I buy this supplement for my auntie. She is currently being treated with parkinsonian meds and her doctor recommended her to take 1200mg daily twice a day. The highest dose of CoQ10 that We could find in Venezuela and Australia was 100mg so you can imagine the challenge of having to take 12 pills each time she needed to take the supplement. Fortunately, we could find this product in Bolo for a reasonable price. You also can imagine how happy she is now that she doesn't have to take 24 pills of CoQ10 daily (in addition to all of the meds and supplements that she needs to take) but 4!!; not to mention the improvement in her health. We have NOW products in Venezuela and I don't know why we don't have the CoQ10 600mg presentation but 100mg only. It would be great to have it, not only for my auntie but also for all of the people out there who are in the same condition as She was

So glad I was able to find this particular 600mg dose in one capsule. It's easy to take down and not too large, given the quantity. In another brand, I only had 100mg so was taking 6 capsules and it was gnarly. I am already taking a handful of other needed supplements, so paring down from 6 caps to 1 is a game changer for my daily life.This brand always works well and I feel the difference.

I rarely write reviews, but really wanna share my experience with coq10. Me and hubby started taking it for fertility purposes. What I have really noticed so far is my sweat stopped smelling bad. I used to sweat with a very heavy odor. I shared that with my husband and I was surprised he has noticed same thing with his sweat. He said he hasn’t been use deodorant in a week. So the common supplement we are taking together is coq10. That makes me strongly believe this thing detox very well our bodies. It works!! I would highly recommend it, but please make sure you take 600mg.
