Also, this tea has doubled in price since this original review was written. I now feel differently about most teas in tea bag form.As some of the other reviews noted, there are a couple of bags out of 50 ct box, that were not sealed securely.Yes, I got extremely fine chopped tea leaves in my tea (3-4x) out of 50 ct. I don’t really mind that, to be honest, I can deal with it and still enjoy my tea, which I drink out of a tall glass. Most of those *renegade* leaves stay at the bottom of the glass for most of my drinking experience.Even with the loose tea, I can drink it, as it is so fine, that it doesn’t snag in your mouth in any way …it goes right down. ..…For the price point, it isn’t that big of a deal to me, because the tea and jasmine flower is well balanced having a delicate, yet very flavorful. There is no bitterness as some jasmine teas that I have had in the past.I enjoy it every morning with soy milk …enhances it’s smoothness … maybe that’s the key, I don’t know.UPDATE -MAY 28, 2023Just received my second order of two boxes. There isn’t any loose tea coming out of any the tea bags in this order. All 100 tea bags are perfectly intact.UPDATE - July 31, 2023I have now received my third order of two boxes. I am happy to report that this order, also had NO loose tea outside of the tea bags due to a faulty seal on the teabags. All 100 tea bags are perfectly intact, as they were also in my second order. Soo …pretty good deal in my book. ☺️UPDATE - September 12, 2023I have now received my fourth order of 150 tea bags (3 boxes) of the Jasmine Tea and again, all 150 tea bags are intact and individually sealed securely. Just keeping record. I should remember to take a photo before/unopened and after/opened to demonstrate the truth of that. Needing to conserve storage space in my pantry, rather than leave them in their original packing/boxes, I transfer all my teabags to an airtight storage bag.I will keep buying this product, but this will be the last update, unless something changes. One of the Airbnbs I stayed at in the UK had a large variety of Taylor's of Harrogate teas. The tea is incredible quality and has great flavours. I had never tried Assam, and the host raved about it. It has become my new favourite tea! I prefer mine stronger, as I add a splash of milk. However, if you drink it plain, I recommend a shorter steep time. Play with it a little to find your taste. It's a fantastic tea!

I love Earl Gray black tea and keep it stocked in my coffee/tea station. It is something I enjoy with honey both hot and over ice. It’s a quality tea with a distinct flavor and aroma.

This review is for the "Taylors of Harrogate Scottish Breakfast Tea" product.This is a rather delicious, pleasant tea to have, overall. My two personal complaints are when I followed the directions as stated, the tea comes out rather weak for my tastes (using three bags of Lipton gives the needed strength for a full pot of tea). The directions have you use a teapot to serve one cup of tea in, yet it is rather weak for milk or sugar, but tastes just fine by itself. What I think is needed is maybe at least two or three teabags if you're going to brew it in a full pot. For fifty teabags per box, ~$10 is a bit up there, but seems to be worth the purchase, however, from what I found, these teabags best benefit when you brew it in the cup you're going to drink out of, which then it gives the best strength I look for in a tea. I think the reason why it wants you to do it in a pot is so it has enough room to brew in, and probably the suggested amount to brew the tea in is enough for one or two persons, which one or two bags may suffice for that amount. I think that, to get the best brew in the pot, loose leaf may be considered, and without the filtered bag. However, on a budget, based on per ounce, this would be a better buy, if Lipton doesn't satisfy your palate. However, I can say that it does make great iced tea, if hot tea isn't your, er... "cup of tea."But as I think about it, on the first part of my review, it is probably because I am using a half filled teapot and one bag of tea doesn't cut it based on how much water is in there. I might want to start using three teabags on a filled pot to see if it makes a difference.This review is based on using a pot of tea, with one or two teabags of the same product, brewed in water that was boiled at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). This will be updated once I have tried it with three teabags in the pot.EDIT: Three teabags do not make a lick of a difference for a pot, and you'd be wasting teabags for it. Stick with one or two to be safe.

I've been reading online about the health benefits of all the polyphenols in black tea, so I wanted to try brewing some at home. This Assam Tea is a 100% winner - it is an absolutely delicious tea! I was pleasantly surprised about how smooth this dark black tea tastes.; it has no tannin or bitter flavor. Also, I don't need to add either creamer or sweetner to it to enhance flavor (which I do all the time with any coffee I drink..) Understand that I am not a "tea snob" and definitely am not a regular tea drinker. (I usually only drink sweetened iced tea when I eat at a restaurant.) But this tea, in neat little tea bags, is the perfect drink to keep me taking in lots of healthy polyphenols.

Surprised at the rich and authentic flavour
With these being bags filled with tea powder instead of a true loose leaf tea to unfurl I was extremely pleased at the full and rich authentic flavour and smell of this tea.This is definitely my vote for an in a hurry or pack for an away from home excursion

La descripción de Bolo dice 300 unidades, por lo tanto yo esperaba 6 cajas (anteriormente pedí té descafeinado de typhoo, y me llegaron 3 cajas que correspondía a las unidades en la descripción, como ese producto ya no lo venden, intenté con este, pero gran decepción)
