I use these for slashing my sourdough bread. They are the perfect blade for doing so and are "razor" sharp, of course. The dispenser works perfectly and can also be used for storing a blade I just used.Overall, they are durable and possess good longevity. Excellent value for the money - Highly Recommended

After shaving for well over 50 years, I got tired of paying too much money for multi-blade razors and still not get a good shave. I felt funny having to learn how to shave all over again with a safety razor. It was quite a learning process and I've tried a number of different blades including the popular brand that begins with an A. I found the A. . . blade to be very sharp but there was something about it that I didn't like and that was it was not smooth enough. This blade also seemed to lose a lot after the first shave.I finally worked my way around to Wilkinson Sword Blades and was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they sharp enough but they were relatively the smoothest blade I had ever tried. I don't have a particularly heavy beard but I do have sensitive skin. For the most part, I shave every other day unless there is a special occasion inbetween. I remove the Wilkinson blade that I'm using, rinse it, and dry it after every shave. I change to a new blade every 2 weeks and can easily get 7 or 8 shaves out of the same blade. I understand that opinions on blades can vary widely from user to user but IMO, Wilkinson Sword Blades are the best out there for sharpness, smoothness and overall value.

One of if not the best blade I've ever used. You can never go wrong with German made anything and these have been in production probably 100 years. It's a fair price for what you get, I only shave around my beard and goetee so they last 10-15 shaves maybe more

The best of the single blades that I tried but still it caused too much irritation from having to go over the same areas to get a close shave. 3.5 stars. I eventually went back to the Gellett Mach-3. I was looking for the old-school razor for a good clean shave, but it didn’t work out.
