Bought this rod holder for a set of leads I made for my shop welder. I use the 300 amp version on my Miller Trailblazer 302. I like this style of rod holder and have had good luck with the quality and durability of Tweco rod holders.

Works as it is supposed to. Holds electrode well and carries the current to it. lead to handle attaches easy and secure.

This is a great stinger for combo or uphill welders in general. I used it a lot for distribution and combo plant work. In my opinion, it’s not suitable for pipeline work. But still very useful.

Definitely well built but a wish I bought the knock off brand at my local air n gas supply. Tweco is a big name quality product but I think they cut corners by not including a hex key or a copper cable wrap. The just as good knock off does
