Third Generation hooked on Kinder Schokolade
You ask for a review for an item I have not even received yet. But since I had already ordered and received Kinder Chocolate twice before, ordered at Bolo.com, I can confirm that it is excellent. I am German and came to the USA about 40 years ago with my then one year old son, who was very familiar with Kinder Schokolade. I know Kinder Schokolade already since before then. Back then my aunt sent us every month a packet, always with plenty of Kinder Schokolade in it. Also back then I traveled every 3 years to Germany and my father and my aunt came visiting in between the 3 years, until they were too old for this long voyage. My son grew up being all spoiled and used to lots of KinderChocolate. He didn't back then experience it as such a speciality. Quite a few years ago my father and my aunt died and the continuos stream of Kinder Schokolade has stopped. I never thought that my son had such a liking for it until we went once to a German store here in Phoenix and my son recommended to his 3 girls (twins of 11 years and one of 9 1/2) to try each one pack of Kinder Schokolade. They did and the rest is history, they love it. But to buy it in the German store, was way too expensive. When I found it at Bolo.com it was great and I ordered monthly a package with 10 pieces in it. The now outstanding ration for this month will be the last order for this spring until we enter again fall, because the summer heat here in Phoenix makes it impossible to receive the chocolate in solid pieces, unless one likes to sip the chocolate through a straw. But the product is of course excellent, and Costco offers it for a great price. That made it possible for the new generation to pick up the old family habit again.

These chocolates are so good. They taste just how I remember as a kid in Germany! I didn't have any issues with my delivery. Everything was wrapped well and intact. It was packaged and shipped nicely. One of the boxes was slightly dented, but it was just a little bit, and probably from the moving around of the boxes during shipment. But no issues with melting or being super broken. These chocolates were very much enjoyed! Kinda pricey, but it's imported, so kind of expected. If you haven't tried the difference in chocolates, German chocolate and swiss chocolate, it's different than American chocolate. It's creamier and smoother...sooo good. Try it!!
Bad and wasn't stored properly
I was so excited to get mine I haven't had it for a long time. I opened multiple of them and they look awful. I think it wasn't stored properly and I can't tell if that's mold or something else. Just tiny circles all around it!

It has been years since the last time I've tasted Kinder Chocolate, so I bought this case of chocolate, couldn't be more pleased!Packaging: 10/10Having ordered other things from overseas, I was worried about the condition of the package, but when it arrived, there was no damage to the package itself, and when I opened it up, I found an ample amount of bubble wrap as to make sure the chocolate wouldn't be damaged in shipping. The chocolate was not melted at all, but keep in mind that I purchased this in January, you may not have the same results if you order in the summer.Shipping: 11/10I opted for the free overseas shipping, with the Bolo estimate of the package arriving about a month after I purchased it, but the package came in a little over a week!Chocolate: 10/10It was everything I remembered about Kinder Chocolate, milky, creamy, just a complete delight. The chocolate bars itself are rather small (just a bit larger than a small kit-kat) but are great to throw into a lunch bag/ box for yourself, or possibly your children.If you're looking for the Kinder Chocolate taste, this is the product to buy.
So delicious
I tried these once on vacation and fell in love. They don’t sell them where I live and so I would always order them and it comes with a lot for a good price and these chocolates are sooo delicious and yummy would definitely recommend for someone with a sweet tooth.

Only purchase with express shipping
I really love this chocolate almost too much. I love the milk cream in the center it’s way better than USA white chocolate more creamy. During the summer months only purchase with express shipping to ensure viable product. Regular shipping during summer will ensure melted or ruined bars. I will only purchase over seas express shipping or at a store close to me. I will not purchase direct from the seller noted as Bolo during the summer as they don’t store their chocolate correctly as theirs is completely destroyed and no refund will be given for food products.
