I have been taking the Vital Nutrients - Multi Nutrients 5 - Ultra Antioxidant Formula (Boron, Copper and Iron Free) for about a week now, and I am really impressed. I cannot believe how much better I feel, I even seem to have a better amount of energy too, which was a pleasant surprise. I was looking for a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Supplement and this fit the bill perfectly. Especially since mainly it's Copper Free (Copper Causes Cancer). And Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc are all present in this supplement, they are the 5 Key Minerals that Prevent Cancer. Initially that's all I was looking for, those 5 minerals, but when I came across this version by Vital Nutrients, I was glad that it was not only the Minerals I wanted, but also a Vitamin Supplement and rich in Antioxidants. I already take BCQ by Vital Nutrients, so I know all about their extremely high quality standards. *I have only been taking 1 capsule per day so far after a meal and I do feel good, but the instructions do call for 2 per day, I may work my up to the 2 per day soon, but right now I'm feeling pretty darned good and that wasn't the case before I took them, I was always tired and sluggish.

This product is fantastic! It was recommended to me by my doctor as I am allergic to many things and I've been taking them now since 2012. These vitamins work great!There is a full list of ingredients on the outside that shows you exactly what is in each pill.I used to take Nature Made multi for women but decided to change to something different when I found out that they started putting their vitamins in a food dye outer coating. I emailed Nature Made to tell them as a customer I'd prefer to do without food dye in my daily vitamins. They never made any changes so I moved on.These vitamins are free of: Yes this is a long list. =0) Wheat, Gluten, Milk/Dairy, Yeast, Binders, Coatings, Soy Protein, Corn Protein, Eggs, Sugar, Hydrogenated Oil, Artificial Color and Artificial Flavor. So if you are Vegetarian or Vegan, these vitamins are safe to take.It is also free of Boron, Copper and Iron.I highly recommend this product!I hope this review was helpful!

I have indications that I absorb these vitamins very well, I noticed a change in my thyroid levels when I took these at the same time as my medication when no other multivitamins had done.

This supplement was prescribed to me by a naturopathic physician in 2014 when I was diagnosed w/early stage breast cancer as part of my treatment protocol. This, along w/the other recommendations from the naturopath helped me be ready for and heal well from surgery & radiation. This is the only supplement I have continued to take since, and I have remained cancer free for the last 9 years. Initially I took two capsules, 2x a day (under dr. supervision), then the recommended 2 capsules (1x) a day. For the last couple of years I'll take just one or two a day, as I try to get most of my nutrition from healthy food instead of supplements. If I forget for a while, I feel the difference~more fatigue & less ability to respond to stress. I trust this company & the quality is consistently good. Occasionally there will be a broken capsule~I just put it in a smoothie. I highly recommend this product.

These vitamins were prescribed by my naturopathic physician. I can't remember when I felt better. Sure there are a lot of B vitamins in them. I know that is a big part of the effect. Starting my husband on them next.
