I have tried all the high name brand vitamins and never really felt much of a difference in my health. My mother's holistic doctor recommend these to her and so I tried them too. This is the first vitamin I can positively say I actually feel a positive difference in my health.

This product has all of what I need and none of what I don't. It isn't made with a bunch of fillers or any stimulant compounds and it contains a combo of some essential minerals that I was unable to find in any locally sold vitamin product (Molybdenum as aspartate, Vanadium as vandadyl sulfate).

I hear vital nutrients has some of the most potent bioavailable forms of vitamins, minerals, & metals. The only issue for me at the moment is my current/specific needs/doses of each nutrient.

I had to stop taking these. First, I was very offended by the odor. Then I found that I was getting nauseous after using. It may be great for some but not for me.
