During the heyday of agrarian society, in the western part of Finland, it was traditional to bake bread only twice a year: in the autumn when the crops were new and in the spring, when the fresh water flowed freely in the streams and rivers after the winter. The crispy and nutritious bread was easy to store as it remained delicious for months. YES YES YESthese are one of the best crackers I continually purchase.CON: pricePRO: healthy, thin, just enoughI AM pleased with over all product but not with price.I try to buy on sale for that seems to be my time to get a regular price some what?The crackers are so thin and crispy you can put anything with it or on it and feel like your not cheating yourself out of good taste or health smarts.I hove this product that I have been ordering IT for over three years now.I have even used it as a base for my pies and mixed in my health cookies....WOW they go with anything!

Great ingredients and very few, as it should be in a good product. If you are trying to avoid ultra processed foods, this is a good option. I pack them as school snack for my kids. They love them.

My husband, from Finland, has been eating this for years with just butter, with sardines or as a cracker for dips. I now enjoy Finncrisp, especially with Kerry Gold butter. Minimal ingredients, no unnecessary additives, good for you and tastes great.

I really liked these sourdough thins. I also liked the fact that they offer a healthy alternative to other breads and crackers as they are relatively low calorie and high in fiber. These are offered at a good price, as well.

It's crisp, light, sourdough recipe, with such low calories and the perfect bed with which to apply your personal version of yummy .So far I have added Manchego , Havarti , and Brie cheeses, among others.For savory proteins, I have sliced some nice thin Iberico and Serrano hams , along with london broil roast beef sliced very thin (while adding french or german mustards )Ands since it's from Finland , a country famous for their fisheries , add smoked salmon ; and think about herrings or other jar or canned fish . These flat breads also lend themselves quite well to chicken or salmon salad , or as the Brits call it Mayonnaise Chicken ; but add chopped celery, olives, either green or black, and red onion ; you can't go wrong ! They stay fresh in their wrappings and I suggest using zipper type quart storage bags for shelf storage .Chef Gregory

These crackers are becoming harder to find in stores, much easier to order via Bolo. Great for an afternoon snack with cheese, luncheon meat and mayo. Been enjoying them for more than 50 years, when the relatives in Finland sent CARE packages to us here in the States!
