The two returned home to their native San Francisco with something very important: handwritten recipes, which they used to create authentic flavored syrups. These syrups helped Rinaldo and Ezilda reintroduce the Italian soda to their neighborhood. Years later, our syrup was used to create the world’s first flavored latte! We’ve remained a family-owned company -- adhering to the high quality standards that Rinaldo and Ezilda set nearly 90 years ago. Each and every syrup, sauce, and smoothie is created with care and pride. That’s a promise from our entire family -- including the more than 100 members that make up the Torani team. We started with just five syrups. Today, you can use more than 100 of our naturally flavored syrups, sauces and beverage bases in coffees, sodas, teas, smoothies, cocktails and more. I remember when this sauce was only $27.99 now it’s over $40. Absolutely insane. But unfortunately it’s the best one I’ve found that tastes delicious so I will continue buying it like a sad, sorry sucker. Bring back the affordable pricing! We’re struggling out here.

WOW! Trying to watch my sugar intake, I am always looking for sugar-free products that taste good. In this case the search was for an ice cream topping. Store bought toppings, even by some famous names, never quite hit the mark. Then I found this and it is perfect! You're not likely to find this in a supermarket. 64-ounces seems like a lot for an individual consumer to buy, but the taste and texture make it well worth it. Torani makes three sugar-free sauces. Besides the Caramel, the Dark Chocolate is superb, although I have not yet tried the White Chocolate. The "sauces" are thicker and more opaque than their excellent "syrups." The syrups are lighter in texture and clear in appearance, making them better suited for coffee or other flavoring purposes. The sauces are excellent toppings.

I love Torani Sugar Free Caramel Sauce. I put it in my ice coffee and it taste wonderful and it does not have a weird after taste like some sugar free products do!

Overall this is a good sugar free product. I have been trying to cut back on sugars in my diet and I really enjoy putting the Torani caramel sauce in my iced coffees. So I thought I would try this out to lower my sugar intake. Overall the flavor is good, but it doesn't taste the same as the original. I understand that it won't always taste the same when it is made sugar free. So it is pretty good all things considered. It mixes well into coffee, has a good sweet, caramel-y flavor and is a good value for the size.

I am so happy Torani Sugar Free Caramel Sauce is available again. I sure missed it when Torani couldn't make it for awhile due to ingredients being unavailable. Not happy about the price. A bit high. Won't be able to continue buying at that price. Update: Just saw that the price is coming down since I last ordered. So glad the price is becoming more reasonable.

This caramel sauce is an important ingredient in my daily cold coffee thermos, as I use half Regular and half Sugar Free caramel sauce in my coffee. I don’t get an off taste that way and it cuts down on the sugar. It’s the only caramel sauce I use.
