Started taking after reading extensively how this tree bark helps the body utilize NO for sexual activity...in short this wood helps restore the wood....with over 80% success rate. I also noticed that before taking these i had hard bags under my eyes, now the hard tissue is gone but the bags remain.

Not harsh on my stomach like aspirin is but I take it with food as not to risk that. Also medical studies say it’s good pre flight to prevent clots.

I have been using it for about two weeks . I feel less tired, and I can sleep much better at night. Most noticeable benefit of take the tablets is my Premenstrual syndrome is much easy on me. I will keep taking the tablets .

I heard about this on Dr. Oz and checked it out before I bought it. I have been taking 100 mg/day (50 mg in the morning and 50 mg at night) for almost a month. My blood pressure has dropped quite a bit and I notice that the skin around the jaws has tightened somewhat. I also noticed that I have increased energy. I think this is one of the best supplements you can add to your diet, and I plan to keep taking it.

This supplement is supported for asthma control, even in pediatric uses, in clinical trials. After reading the pubmed studies I decided to try it with my asthmatic son. He no longer needs steroidal treatments for his asthma! We occasionally use albuterol still but it has been a night and day difference for him. It's been well worth the price here to avoid continued steroid use.

For years, I've suffered with menopausal hot flashes and though I have worn the lowest-dose estrogen patch, the hot flashes continued, and I was miserable. Then, I read about Pycnogenol being used to alleviate hot flashes in a natural way, and that it had been used for years in other instances. I figured it was worth a try, bought some locally, and it was a true miracle...no more hot flashes. Then, I saw that Bolo had a better price on it and now, I will make sure I'm never without it. Even my doctor didn't talk against it as they do sometimes when you try an OTC medication. It has changed my life!

I prefer the Source Natural brand due to the size of the pill, which is a little thinner than an M&M. Using one 50mg pill per 50 pounds of body weight is a good reference point. I get a small head rush as the pycnogenol increases blood flow to my brain. It has kept eye problems from getting worse due to improving micro-circulation. Good stuff I recommend for anyone.
